At Trinitee, we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
No Refund Policy
Currently, Trinitee does not offer refunds. All purchases made on our website are non-refundable.
Unboxing Video Required
To be eligible for any exchange, customers must record a clear and continuous unboxing video before opening the package.
- The video should clearly show the package being opened for the first time.
- This video is mandatory to process any claims related to damaged or incorrect items.
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is incorrect (wrong item sent)
Size exchanges are not available.
We kindly request you to refer to the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Logistics Charges
- If the exchange is required due to an error from our side (damaged or incorrect product), Trinitee will bear the exchange shipping cost.
- If an exchange is requested for any other valid reason, a logistics charge of ₹180 will be applicable.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange:
- Share the unboxing video along with your order details.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our customer support channel.
- Once the request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be shared.
